| Traditionally one company may get the contract to oversee all maintenance
relating to an individual store or stores within a specific area.
Invariably areas of building work that they do not specialise in, will get
sub-contracted out to other firms (often against the terms of the
contract). The quality of the work and the reliability of the
sub-contractor can therefore vary a great deal.
We aim to provide a quality of service. Damage surveys and expert
advice will be available 24 hours a day. Any brickwork repairs will
normally be started within two days (depending on availability of
materials). Our rates are extremely competitive and our bricklayers
amongst the best in the country.
As specified before our company's safety policy is in accordance with
all current legislation and all relevant insurance policies are in place.
